The designation, Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (FACOFP)  signifies the recognition of the member's experience, dedication, and contributions of the highest order to the advancement of family practice by his/her peers.

Distinguished Fellow Award

 

The Distinguished Fellow Award honors the exceptional members of the Conclave of Fellows.  This award will be presented to those Fellows who have distinguished themselves through service to ACOFP by attendance as well as support of the governance and committee structures, locally and nationally.
